Privacy policy

Information we use

• Guest identifiers: an automatically assigned user identifier and a device-stored access token connect your readings, journal and subscription. You do not need to enter a name or email to use the app.
• Questions and journal: the text you submit, interpretations, follow-up conversations, and generated images are stored with your guest identifier.
• Birth details: birth date, optional birth time and selected birth city are sent to our server to calculate your chart. Birth profiles are also saved on your device. The calculated chart is stored with a Destiny reading; raw birth fields are not stored as a server-side birth profile. Partner details are used when you choose compatibility.
• Voice input: optional microphone input is processed by your device’s speech recognition service, which may send audio to Apple, Google or the recognition provider. Dream AI does not store raw audio on its servers. Recognized text is submitted as a question only when you choose to send it.
• Purchases: we receive the store, product, transaction identifiers, receipt, subscription status, expiry, remaining purchased readings or pictures, and available purchase amount/country information. Apple and Google handle payment details; we do not receive your payment card number.
• Apple ad attribution: on iOS, Apple may identify the App Store ad campaign, ad group or search keyword associated with your download. We link available campaign identifiers and country or region to your guest account and verified purchases to measure our advertising. The temporary Apple attribution token is not stored on our server.
• Usage and diagnostics: page views, feature interactions, device/browser identifiers, language, approximate country or region, and request/error information help us understand usage and resolve failures. We do not request GPS location or your contacts.

How we use it

We use this information to provide readings and images, save your journal, tailor follow-up conversations, verify purchases, prevent fraudulent purchases, and understand which features and questions need improvement. User-entered text is not sent to Google Analytics.

Service providers

With your permission, your questions, relevant saved readings and calculated birth charts are sent to Google (Gemini) to produce interpretations and images. Google may retain requests for safety and abuse prevention under its service terms. See Google’s Gemini API terms.

Google Analytics processes usage and device information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our Google tag. Firebase provides website infrastructure. Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and subscription management. Apple AdServices resolves its attribution token; we do not send your questions, journal, guest account identifier or purchase receipt to this attribution service. Speech recognition follows the settings and privacy practices of your device’s recognition provider.

These providers and our server infrastructure may process information outside your country. We use HTTPS for information sent between the app and our server.

Retention

Your journal remains available until you delete its entries or request deletion. We keep subscription and transaction records as needed to verify access, handle refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Provider retention is governed by the provider’s terms. Removing the app does not automatically delete server-side readings or cancel a store subscription.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can delete individual readings from your journal, clear saved birth details on the Destiny screen, decline microphone access, and select Stop AI data sharing in Settings. Stopping AI sharing applies to future requests and does not delete existing readings.

For access, correction or deletion of your server-side data, contact retire20280101@gmail.com. Because the app uses guest access, we may need information from your installed app or transaction to locate the correct records. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers. Records that must be retained for legal or transaction obligations may be excluded from deletion.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google store account. Clearing browser/app storage can remove your guest access token and make your existing journal unavailable on that device.
